These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all services, products, subscriptions, and digital offerings provided by Me&You Magazine and Skyberg GmbH (“Publisher”, “we”, “us”). By accessing our website, purchasing products, or subscribing to the magazine, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to:
• all print and digital issues of Me&You Magazine;
• all subscription models;
• online content, newsletters, events, and digital products;
• any contractual relationship between Skyberg GmbH and users, customers, or subscribers.
These Terms apply in addition to the mandatory provisions of Swiss law.

2. Orders, Contracts, and Subscriptions
2.1 Conclusion of Contract
A legally binding contract is formed when the customer submits an order or subscription request and receives a confirmation email from the Publisher. (OR Art. 1–10)
2.2 Subscription Period & Renewal
Subscriptions are valid for the stated term. Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless cancelled within the notice period indicated in the confirmation email.
2.3 Changes to Subscription Conditions
The Publisher may adjust prices, publication frequency, or subscription terms. Customers will be notified in advance. If the customer does not agree, they may cancel before the change becomes effective.

3. Prices and Payment Terms
3.1 All prices are stated in CHF and include applicable VAT unless indicated otherwise.
3.2 Payments are due immediately upon ordering.
3.3 If payment is not received within the stated deadline, the Publisher may suspend delivery or cancel the subscription.

4. Withdrawal and Refund Policy
4.1 Under Swiss law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for magazine subscriptions once the contract is confirmed (OR Art. 40a ff. exclusions apply).
4.2 Refunds are only granted in exceptional cases or at the discretion of the Publisher.
4.3 Digital products are non-refundable once delivery has begun.

5. Delivery and Publication
5.1 Print issues are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times may vary by region.
5.2 The Publisher is not liable for delivery delays caused by postal services, force majeure, or incorrect customer information.
5.3 The Publisher reserves the right to modify publication dates or suspend issues due to operational reasons.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 All magazine content, including articles, photography, graphics, branding, and digital content, is protected by copyright (Swiss Copyright Act, URG).
6.2 No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission from the Publisher.
6.3 Unauthorized use may lead to civil and criminal liability.

7. Advertising and Third-Party Content
7.1 Advertisements and sponsored content are clearly labeled.
7.2 The Publisher is not liable for the accuracy, legality, or content of third-party advertisements or external links (UWG Art. 3).
7.3 Responsibility for claims related to advertisements lies solely with the advertiser.

8. Liability Disclaimer
8.1 The Publisher assumes no liability for:
• typographical errors, technical issues, or temporary service interruptions;
• the accuracy or completeness of editorial content;
• damages arising from the use of the website or printed magazine;
• third-party links, ads, or sponsored content.
8.2 Liability for gross negligence or unlawful intent is governed by Swiss law (OR Art. 100).

9. Data Protection
9.1 The processing of personal data complies with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.
9.2 Details on data categories, retention periods, and user rights are described in our Privacy Policy (separate document).
9.3 By subscribing or using our online services, the customer agrees to the processing of their data for contractual purposes.

10. User Obligations
The user agrees to:
• provide accurate personal and billing information;
• refrain from unlawful activities while using our website;
• respect copyright and usage restrictions.

11. Modification of Terms
The Publisher may amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law (OR, UWG, DSG).
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the place of jurisdiction is:
Schwyz, Switzerland.
